Simulation API

Learn how Xentropy processes durable service simulation requests, maintains state within a test session, and accounts for invocation credits and limits.

The hosted service accepts individual simulated component inputs and runs Eve durably. Workflow scheduling and real-service calls stay in the browser or local runner.

Each admitted simulation has an idempotent request ID. Poll it for the final output and usage. Replaying the same request key does not cause a second admission; reusing a key for different input fails. An uncertain provider dispatch is shown as indeterminate rather than retried blindly.

Invocation prices and limits are operator-configured and advertised by capabilities. An unpriced production provider cannot admit work. Creating a graph, reading results, and running real-service nodes do not incur simulation inference charges. Model and tool budgets bound requests without imposing the former four-minute overall workflow deadline.

A run is a session with isolated service-instance state. Ending the run clears its active state. See deployment and boundaries.
