Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms cover the Xentropy website, service simulations and workflow graphs, and platform execution services operated by Detextit. Identity, model and hosting providers, and services you connect also have their own terms.
Your content and access
You are responsible for the instructions, files, graphs, and service endpoints you provide. Use content you have permission to process and connect only to services you are authorized to use. Keep account credentials and agent tokens secure.
You retain your rights in your content. When you create a service or run a workflow, you authorize the processing needed for that operation and its results, including sending relevant content to the selected model provider or real-service endpoint.
Simulation and real execution
Eve produces simulated service outputs from your context and inputs. Passing assertions does not establish production equivalence. Test important behavior against the real implementation.
Workflow nodes call real APIs from your browser or local runner and may change data or create costs. Review endpoints, permissions, and side effects before execution. There is no automatic switch between real and simulated services.
Responsible use
Do not use Xentropy for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, or interference with another system. Do not share information you are not entitled to disclose or attempt to bypass access controls. Use synthetic or minimized test data where possible, and keep service secrets out of contracts and context documents.
Review AI output before using it for consequential decisions or deploying software. You are responsible for how you use generated responses and for any real operations your workflow performs.
Availability, limits, and costs
Workflow graphs execute in your browser or local runner. Simulated requests require the configured hosted service and account authentication. Access, capacity, and spending limits apply.
Enabled platform accounts have a free subscription at $0/month, including $5 in Xentropy simulation credits each UTC calendar month. No card is required. Unused credits do not roll over, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn. Execution pauses when the remaining balance cannot cover an operation; there is no automatic overage or cash charge.
The platform publishes invocation credit prices and spending limits for simulated service requests. Each admitted attempt consumes its quoted credits, including a later failure or uncertain outcome. Invalid requests and matching retained replays consume no additional credits. Credits pay for Xentropy operations and are not a pass-through provider invoice. Paid subscriptions are not yet available.
Xentropy currently has no user billing. Any services your workspace accesses may have separate plans, charges, and limits. Any future paid Xentropy offering must state its price and applicable terms before purchase.
Features depend on Xentropy and its providers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service or error-free output. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Records, privacy, and changes
Service definitions, workflow graphs and results are retained for inspection on the platform. Clearing a draft, signing out, or ending a run does not delete saved account definitions, operation records, private traces, or provider records. The Privacy Policy explains storage, processing, and available controls.
Access may be restricted to address misuse, security issues, capacity limits, or legal requirements. We may update these terms as the service changes and communicate material changes where required.
